What does the eSift Talent Pool Management Service include?
CV Database
Quality CVs that are sent into your organisation can be stored on your own Applicant Tracking System or on our system. The database is updated with any information relating to candidates, for example, change of address, salary expectations and contact details.
Communication
Contact with candidates is maintained on an ongoing basis. This includes:
- A monthly newsletter which is distributed to all relevant candidates. The quality of this newsletter is subject to being provided with corporate news
- Answering any candidate queries or recruitment related questions from the existing talent pool
- Directing all speculative applications to the website so they can apply for relevant roles
- Updating Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook with any recruitment related news
- Sending job alerts to relevant candidates.
