Geraldine has over twenty-five years experience in the recruitment industry and began her career in 1984 with the recruitment agency Brook Street.  During her fifteen year career she became a member of the UK Senior Management team, managed the National Accounts Team, Field Sales Force and was the Regional Manager of thirteen business units covering Central London.

In 1999 Geraldine launched GCA Recruitment one of the Home Counties most successful recruitment business offering temporary, contract and permanent staff to local, regional and national clients.

Claire Blackwell

Claire has a number of years experience within the recruitment industry and is a well respected and highly competent professional.  Prioir to her role as a Director at eSift Ltd, Claire was a member of the management team at GCA Recruitment, one of the Home Counties leading independent recruitment agencies.

Claire joined GCA Recruitment as a Trainee and after proving her Human Resource and management skills she was appointed as a Director of the business.  Claire is passionate about the Human Resources industry and is currently mid way through studying for her CIPD qualification.
