eSift takes away the stress and hassle of recruiting, our service is an ideal solution for companies who require support throughout the process from creating the job advert to collating the shortlist.

Our four week campaign is £875 per role allowing companies to save up to 90% of their current recruitment costs.  During this time eSift will manage the candidate response and proactively search for the ideal candidate.

The eSift Service comes with our eSift guarantee, in the unlikely event your campaign does not generate the ideal candidate we will rerun the campaign FREE OF CHARGE for another 4 weeks.

What does the eSift Service include?

Recruitment Advertising 
We will make sure we have all the information we need to create the job advert for you.  Only once you are happy with the advert will we advertise it on top job boards including Reed, Monster and TotalJobs.

Response Management
All candidates who apply will be sent an acknowledgement email thanking them for their application within one working day.

Logging of Candidates
Every candidate will be listed on an Excel spreadsheet with the date they applied and which job board they used.

CV Sifting
Each CV will be sifted based on the criteria provided by you, candidates will be listed as "Yes" "No" & "Poss".

Telephone Screening
Our opportunity to validate the candidates suitability for the role. 

CV Searching
We have access to extensive online candidate databases which we can use to search for suitable candidates.

Shortlisting Candidates 
Clients will be sent an Excel spreadsheet with a recommendation of who to see for interview.

Candidate Management
Throughout the process eSift will maintain contact with the candidates and will answer any questions and queries they have.
