How eSift started…..

In the past few years there has been a move by businesses to come away from using traditional recruitment agencies, instead many are turning to the internet as a successful source for identifying and appointing staff. One main reason for this is the ability to reduce costs whilst providing candidates with an exceptional level of service.

 

In 2008 we took the time to talk to a variety of businesses about their changing recruitment needs from this we recognised a gap in the market for tailored online cost effective and efficient online resourcing solutions.

 

The Solution

eSift was created to offer tailored online resourcing solutions for businesses across the UK. Since the beginning our service has constantly evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients and to match the changing online resourcing industry.

 

Since 2008 we have offered our Fully Managed Recruitment Service which allows clients to outsource the whole of the recruitment process without having to pay traditional recruitment agency fees. It also allows SME's to use online advertising without them having to commit to lengthy contracts.

 

In 2010 we introduced our Corporate Resourcing Solutions, many of our large clients who have a HR or Recruitment Team wanted the option to outsource the part of the recruitment process they needed help with which varied with each vacancy.

 

For 2011 we are launching our Talent Pool Management Service. Businesses are seeing the benefit of using recruitment as a Marketing & PR opportunity to promote themselves as an employer of choice. This is done by ensuring candidates receive the best possible level of service throughout the resourcing process and maintaining contact with the candidates who or of interest but for whatever reason are not successful.
